Job summary

Caliber Collision in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, processing reviews, vehicle intake, and finalizing paperwork for delivery. The role also handles total loss administration and communicates repair status to customers.

The candidate should have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage intake paperwork.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
