Job summary

Caliber Collision is looking for a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage vehicle intake and paperwork. You will finalize DRP processes, invoices, and total loss administration while updating customers on status and complying with safety guidelines.

Candidates should have 2+ years of collision estimating experience and hold a valid license. Strong communication and a sales orientation are preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalise total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
