Job summary

Caliber Collision in Longview, TX is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake and paperwork prior to delivery.

You will finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers, while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards. The role requires 2+ years estimating experience and a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser license, plus a valid driver's license and insurance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and finalize DRP paperwork.
• Conduct process reviews and verify vehicle status during repairs.
• Check in customer vehicles and communicate progress to customers.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
