Job summary

Caliber Collision in McKinney, TX is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimates, process reviews, and customer communications throughout the repair process. You will check in vehicles, conclude final paperwork, and manage total loss administration while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and an active license as a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in collision estimating.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and vehicle check-ins.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
