Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to act as the primary liaison with customers from drop-off through delivery of the repaired vehicle. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with insurance partners, and keep customers informed about repair progress.

As part of a growing company, you will work with a supportive team and leverage CCC1 estimating tools to ensure accurate damage assessment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims for best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers, providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
