Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at the Palo Alto service center. You will write estimates, review processes, check in vehicles, and finalize DRP and invoices while communicating status to customers. This role demands knowledge of repair procedures and strong sales orientation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be 21+.
• Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License required.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Communicate post-repair plans and vehicle status to customers.
