Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator in Palo Alto to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork prior to delivery, including DRP and final invoicing, while providing post-repair updates to customers in line with safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, with CCC1 or similar estimating software,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write insurance collision estimates and perform process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage DRP/final invoice paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate repair status to customers.
• Maintain compliance with safety rules and company standards.
