Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator in San Diego’s Bay Park area. The role involves writing estimates, reviewing processes, and managing customer communications from intake through final delivery.

You will finalize total loss tasks and provide updates on vehicle status while complying with Caliber safety rules. Established pay up to $80,000 per year, with weekly payments and benefits from day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans.
