Job summary

Caliber Collision's Forest Park Service Center is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, check-in customer vehicles, and prepare final paperwork for delivery, including DRP and final invoices.

You will help finalize total-loss administration and communicate post-repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final documents for delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
