Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and coordinate vehicle intake and final paperwork before delivery. The role includes handling total loss administration and sharing post-repair plans with customers while upholding Caliber safety standards.

The position offers a salary range of $60,000–$110,000 per year, with weekly pay and day-one benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance, paid vacations and holidays, and access to I-CAR

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
