Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at the Service Center West Frisco to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage final paperwork before vehicle delivery. The role includes DRP and final invoicing, plus communicating post-repair plans and status updates to customers in line with company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a MVPDAD license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for vehicles.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and invoices.
• Provide post-repair plan updates and vehicle status to customers.
