Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in McAllen, TX to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork prior to delivery. Requirements include 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and an active MVPD Appraisers license; CCC1 or similar estimating software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Writes estimates and conducts process reviews.
• Checks in customer vehicles and prepares final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalizes total loss administration and communicates post repair plans.
• Provides vehicle status updates to customers while ensuring safety compliance.
