Job summary

Caliber Collision Service Center Springdale - Elm Springs is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in vehicles, and finalize paperwork before delivery. The role includes DRP and final invoices, plus communicating post repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and an MVPD license, with CCC1 or similar software and a strong sales orientation in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Provide post repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
