Job summary

Classic Collision in North Charleston, SC is hiring a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary liaison from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers and collaborate with insurers to manage claims for a smooth repair experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills, plus familiarity with estimating systems. The role offers commission-based pay tied to sales volume and benefits that accompany a growing team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers' claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
