Caliber Collision Middletown is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair plans, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork for delivery. The role includes total loss administration and keeping customers informed with status updates throughout the repair process.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, CCC1 or similar software experience, and a strong sales orientation. A valid driver's license and MVPD license are required.

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Sales orientation and ability to communicate with customers.

Mansioni

• Write estimates for collision repairs and assess damage.
• Conduct process reviews and track vehicle status in the shop.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
