Job summary

Caliber Collision in Lock Haven is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage vehicle intake and final documentation prior to delivery. The role includes DRP, final invoicing, and aftercare communications with customers.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a MVPD license. Proficiency with CCC1 or similar software is preferred, with strong sales orientation and capacity for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalizing total loss administration and providing post‑repair plan communications to customers.
