You will manage vehicle check-ins, final paperwork, and total loss administration, while keeping customers informed of repair progress. The role requires driving license, MVPD license, and relevant estimating experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
