Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, processing vehicle intake, and final paperwork prior to delivery. The role involves DRP, final invoices, and managing total loss tasks while updating customers on status in compliance with safety rules.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid license, MVPD license, and familiarity with CCC1 or similar software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers.
