Job summary

Caliber Collision in Burlington, NC seeks a Collision Estimator to perform estimation, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork prior to delivery, while managing total loss administration and post-repair communications with customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Vehicle Damage Appraisers license; CCC1 or similar software experience is preferred in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
