Job summary

Caliber Collision in High Point, NC is seeking a Collision Estimator to handle estimating, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork before delivery, including total loss administration and post-repair updates to customers. You will work within Caliber’s safety rules and standards.

The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle PD Appraisers License. CCC1 or similar software experience preferred for efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage.
• Must possess Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards.
