• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and document the repair plan.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Prepare final invoices and DRP paperwork before vehicle delivery.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers and communicate timelines.
