Job summary

Caliber Collision in Durham Northwest is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair steps, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork prior to delivery, following safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and an active Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Strong sales orientation and CCC1 experience help you excel in this fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write collision repair estimates and review repair plans.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status updates.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration as needed.
• Provide post-repair plan communication to customers.
