Job summary

Caliber Collision Willow Glen is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork for vehicle delivery. You will handle total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Requirements include 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred), a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and perform process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
