Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork before delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans, keeping customers updated on status while adhering to safety rules.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid license, and an MVPD Appraisers License. Training and growth opportunities are available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication with customers
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and standards
