Caliber Collision Willow Glen is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, check-in vehicles, and finalize paperwork for delivery, including DRP and final invoices, while ensuring safety and company standards.

This role offers up to $65,000-$110,000 with 4%-4.5% commission, weekly pay, and benefits from day one; requires 2+ years estimating experience, 21+, valid license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Formación

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsabilidades

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
