Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and handle final paperwork before vehicle delivery. The role also includes finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair updates to customers in line with Caliber safety rules and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork.
• Provide post repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
• Finalize total loss administration.
