Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in California to write estimates, review processes, and coordinate the intake of customer vehicles. The role includes finalizing DRP paperwork, total loss administration, and keeping customers informed of repair progress and vehicle status updates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid license, and familiarity with CCC1 or similar software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers in a timely manner.
