Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Watsonville to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake and paperwork through delivery. Expect total loss administration and clear post-repair communication with customers.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Insurance coverage eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and review the estimating process.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communication of post-repair plans to customers.
