Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator responsible for writing estimates, reviewing processes, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork prior to delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers, all while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Prepare final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
