You’ll produce transparent estimates, coordinate with technicians and parts staff, pursue targeted sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and discussing repair options.
• Determining repair needs based on information, vehicle walk-around, inspections and test drives.
• Asking for the sale on all estimates.
• Meeting or exceeding targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Producing repair orders with cost and time estimates, with full transparency.
• Communicating with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion of work.
• Following up with customers on status and questions as needed.
• Managing multiple repairs simultaneously.
• Following up to ensure expectations are met.
• Providing exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
