Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center – Sun City in Sun City, Arizona is seeking an Experienced Collision Repair Estimator. The role focuses on turning estimates into scheduled repairs, building customer trust, and delivering complete repair plans.

You will manage supplements and communicate with insurance partners to keep vehicles moving toward delivery. We value someone who can win the repair, write the repair, and drive the business.

Qualifications

• Previous collision repair estimating experience is required.
• Experience with blueprinting and repair planning.
• Customer sales and closing
• Converting estimates into repair orders
• Supplements and insurance negotiations
• DRP processes and insurance procedures
• Managing multiple repairs in a high-volume environment
• Gross profit and repair economics
• Closing ratios and sales performance
• Cycle time and production management
• Customer communication and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Convert estimates and opportunities into scheduled repairs.
• Build trust with customers from first interaction.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and damage analysis.
• Write complete and accurate repair plans.
• Blueprint vehicles and identify hidden damage.
• Prepare and manage supplements.
• Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Explain repair procedures and recommendations to customers.
• Work closely with technicians, painters, parts, and production.
• Identify delays and help remove roadblocks.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair.
• Drive closing ratio, sales, gross profit, cycle time, production, and customer satisfaction.
