Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at our Michigan City service center to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and prepare final paperwork for delivery. You will manage total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers, all while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, possess a valid driver’s license, and hold a MVPD license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post repair plan communication.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while following Caliber safety rules and standards.
