Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator/service advisor to guide clients through the collision repair process in Little Rock, AR. You will contribute by educating customers on repairs, handling estimates from initial to final, and overseeing each repair with quality checks to ensure top service standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with insurance processes, and familiarity with estimating software such as CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills.
• Organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards through QC checks.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
