Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass has an Estimator position centered on delivering an exceptional customer experience through precise estimates and coordinated repairs. You will document vehicle damage, prepare appraisals, and keep customers and insurers informed throughout the repair process, aligning with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and DRP compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand all required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required).
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
