Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repairs with clients and insurers. The role focuses on accurately assessing damage, documenting repairs and parts, and aligning with the team to achieve KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have DRP experience, a willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Strong computer skills and basic digital literacy.
• Experience with DRP processes (minimum 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed and attend trainings or meetings.
