Job summary

Caliber Collision in Essex, MD is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake and paperwork up to delivery. The role includes finalizing total loss administration and communicating post-repair plans with customers.

Qualifications include 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position at our Essex service center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
