Job summary

Caliber Collision Essex Service Center is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize all paperwork before delivery. You will handle DRP, final invoices, and total loss administration while keeping customers informed of repair status and progress.

The role requires 2+ years estimating experience and a valid driver's license. We offer benefits including medical/dental/vision eligibility, weekly pay, paid vacation and holidays, I-CAR

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
