Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform estimates, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork before delivery. It also includes finalizing total loss administration and communicating repair status to customers.

The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, CCC1 or similar software, and a strong sales orientation within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
• Understanding of repair processes and procedures
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and perform process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and manage final paperwork
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers
