Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a vehicle Estimator to provide accurate damage appraisals and coordinate repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, ensuring a smooth repair process and KPI achievement.

Requirements include CCC1 Estimating System, OE guideline knowledge, high school diploma, I-CAR readiness, DRP familiarity, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits and commission-based incentives apply.

Qualifications

• CCC1 estimating system experience is required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and DRP compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with accuracy.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRPs.
• Support team and participate in monthly health and safety meetings.
