Responsibilities

• Educate customers about vehicle repairs and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial and final estimates after thorough evaluation.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
• Perform data procedures for Body Technicians and complete vehicle scanning.
• Pre-close final repair orders and ensure documentation is complete.
