Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document all interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and the willingness to complete I-CAR training, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills are required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update with details.
• Provide timely information to customers and insurance; guide them through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Coordinate repair planning, communicate customer needs to team.
• Attend daily production walks and participate in staff meetings as needed.
• Support team members to achieve KPIs.
