Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to serve as the main liaison with customers from drop-off to vehicle delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinating with insurance partners and technicians to ensure accurate assessments and timely communication.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication and a focus on customer satisfaction. This position emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and high-quality workmanship across all stages of the repair

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage the customer’s claim and ensure best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
