Job summary

Caliber Collision in Atlanta - Buckhead is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork before delivery. You will also handle total loss tasks and keep customers updated on vehicle status, adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, with CCC1 or similar software experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for vehicles in the shop.
• Check in customer vehicles and assist with final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Provide post-repair communication including status updates to customers and document all steps.
• Support total loss administration as needed in coordination with the team.
