Job summary

Caliber Collision in Atlanta–Buckhead seeks a Collision Estimator to prepare estimates, review processes and manage paperwork from customer intake to delivery. You will finalize total loss tasks and provide status updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and an MVPD license, with a sales orientation and strong communication skills to support customers through the repair journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
