Job summary

Caliber Collision in Union City, GA is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. You will manage total loss tasks and clearly communicate post-repair plans to customers, while following safety rules.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, CCC1 or similar estimating software, and a strong sales orientation. A valid driver’s license and MVPD Appraisers license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for incoming vehicles.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates while adhering to safety rules and standards.
