Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Marietta, GA. The role involves writing repair estimates, reviewing processes, checking in customer vehicles, and handling final paperwork before delivery, including total loss admin and post-repair communication.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a MVPD Appraisers License. CCC1 experience and a sales mindset are valued as you support customers through the repair process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for repair projects.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plan to customers.
• Provide status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
