Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Service Center in Knoxville to write estimates, review processes, and ensure accurate paperwork from intake to delivery. You will provide post-repair communications and status updates to customers, while complying with safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and an active license for Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for vehicles.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
