Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage and document required repairs. You will coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to deliver a smooth repair experience.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and a commitment to I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required for operation and site duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Document customer interactions and update insurance and repair details.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with team and clients.
• Participate in production walks and meetings as required.
• Maintain KPI metrics and ensure compliance with DRP processes.
