Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document details, communicate needs to the team, and ensure alignment with KPIs to drive repair efficiency.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP compliance, with a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and maintain license.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with relevant details.
• Provide accurate repair information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Communicate with insurance companies to coordinate repairs and claims.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways and DRP procedures.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
