Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating detailed estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will accurately assess vehicle damage and document required repairs and parts replacements to support the repair process.

You will work with the team to meet KPIs, ensure compliance with insurance programs and DRP requirements, and participate in daily production walks and safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with DRP processes and insurance coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate repair estimates and document damage assessments.
• Coordinate repair needs with customers and insurance companies.
• Communicate progress and updates to customers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with WOW operating standards and DRP requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks and training sessions as needed.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
